The Thought of the Day is ,

I am wroth loving I do not have to earn love. I am loveable because I exist. others reflect the love I have for myself.

What does that mean to me is, I need to love myself before anybody else. which brings to the thought of, what do I think about myself??? For me the answer is that I am not sure what I think of myself. But bottom line is I need to love myself before anything else.
